the problems with the N95 are normal, its nokia, no mather how hard they try, they will never build a phone that a true ericsson fan would buy.
and i don't really see nokia is an evil company, they are losing marketshare to SE, but gaining form smaller brands.
samsung on the other hand is winning marketshare, and they are evil, they make crappy phones, they care only about money and not about technology and innovation. who ever buy's samsung should be seen as metally ill.

i would like to emphasize this thing:
"the problems with the N95 are normal, its nokia, no mather how hard they try, they will never build a phone that a true ericsson fan would buy."
that's why i can't get back to nokia due to the "SE quality fever"

they produce phones with fascinating features, but "quality" is sacrificed making those a pointless phone :[
Samsung and Nokia Makes high-spec'd phones with most of it have Crap battery

but i like samsung's design, but never change from SE

@bart
Yes and I would also put it down to SE not getting the phones out quick enough. It needs to have more choice in the higher end, phones without touch-screens - more lke the T650i which should ship soon. A Cyber-shot slider would be cool.
I don't know why the Cyber-shot phones aren't being rolled out as much as the Walkmans are but there is obviously a demand for them, you can see by the two Cyber-shots in the top ten contract sellers. In fact all SE's phones in the top twenty contract sellers are branded.
