ask them to honour it mate dont take thier half price crap and keep the emails and if u have to record there phone calls take to them court as they should not be offering u them half if they do that then i will ring them and get all my mates to phone asking for phone half price because of the fault on saterday i got a feeling this issue is going to be big still no sighn of my phones should deliverd b4 5pm 2day if not i will phone them again asking where it is
