wishmaster89:

According to phonearena review, time different is only 1 sec between N95/K800 between picture in K800 favor. imo, this is too small a time to have a significant impact on user satisfaction. Considering that N95 process 70% more data (5 vs 3mp) than K800, the speed of N95 is indeed very good.

maybe more appropriate to compare next n-series to K850 since K850 will only be available 4-6 months from now.

You should be comparing N82 and K850, instead. They'll be out at approx. the same time. Now, that's an interesting comparison!

umm, not really, if I'm correct N82 is a music oriented device.

Appropriate is comparing the Nokia camera top model the the Camera top model. Comparing a nokia music phone to the K850 is like comparing a to a CS.
Having said that...
5MP Vs. 5MP should still be a legit match if you only compare the cameras.

Because when people are buying a phone/handset/minicomputer and it says "5MP" on the box they don't think "this is a music phone so therefore it will be a crappy 5MP camera", they think "oh, it got a 5MP camera just like that phone _and_ this is even better at music".

So I see no reason why u can't compare the K850 to any 5MP handset as long as both are for sale.

Oh really? N82 is the 5 mp camera phone, while N81 is the N91 successor. So... think again, pal.

Even the N82 isn't a camera focused phone, judging by its pics.

S4k1s. it seems you believe that numbers of megapixels, is everything.
(is not true of course). the sensor//lens is nearlly same important. i have a lot of k8xx pics who is better then N95. but i also seen N95 pics who is good.

but in the end, k8xx is a better allround camera. (with allround i mean; Macro, landscape, portrait, night shoots, snapshoots, pics with Flash, and so on).

@plankgatan

Thats a very good point. There is a lot more functionality if different modes, and apps like Bestpic are included.

Regarding the N82. I find it a bit puzzling putting a groundbreaking 5mp camera module in a device that isn't camera focused

I suppose it goes back to the Eldar interview about strategy and pooling different features and aiming them at one market.
