I guess you're talking about this:
It wasn't Chrome though, it was the old Android Browser in Android4.0 ICS, if I'm not mistaken, do correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe that feature will come back, through gestures or something.
^ BINGO!!! Tsepz_GP, many thanks. I guess I was mistaken about it being in Chrome.
Tranced, I hand't know about that application, good to know ... thank you. Also thank you for challenging my Espanol learning, I'm still far to basic (like a 4yr old), basically Level 1 of RosettaStone. But I'll keep at it, Gracias Senor.

I know I'm late, but just in case there's anyone that could benefit, ART literally makes your device feel like a new one. The phone flies and the battery life is much, much better.

I'm back to the N4. Something about how the design of this badman phone is ... I forgone selecting the N5 with all it's newer CPU and LTE for the beauty and esthetics of the N4!
Anyone know 'HOW to RESTORE to an Android phone after logon to your Google account' all the applications, contacts, Notes, etc etc using native Backup data to perform the restore?! (no third party apps please because well I'm just returning and have no backup from that data. MOSTLY after restoring my SMS messages that I backed up using some app (cannot recall) to my GMail account).
