Looks so nice in that colour I've not changed it since it was delivered from you

Lumia Amber was available for UK handsets as of yesterday.
Improved camera (normal and low light conditions)
Call and SMS blocker added
Sound improvement
Nokia Smart Camera app compatable
Data Sense App added
probably some background improvement's as well. Phone seems more fluid and quicker. Battery life seems to have been improved slightly as well.

IIRC GDR3 is a requirement for the Lumia Amber update and have been updated together

The next software version is call Bittersweet Shimmer and is GDR3
