Everything is Amazing and great about this phone except for one thing and that is its Android OS and i cannot stand Android. Would have been far slicker with Windows Phone.
I used WindowsPhone before I got Arc.
And must say WP is a boring UI... Of course to my taste.
But the best in Android is FEATURES.
Nothing beats that ATM.

The rumored price of XZ is around $850 US
. Very high price in my opinion and a lot more than any other phone on the market.

Won't believe that for a second. Some fool has gone and converted ~£530 to $, forgetting VAT etc. It won't be more expensive than a 32gb iP5 or maybe be even cheaper than a 16gb one.

You are probably right, I am expecting it to be < $700 and the ZL < $ 650

Could anyone answer what sort of problems I might run into if I wanted to get the Z for use with rogers LTE here in Canada? I have heard the Z only supports some compatable bands and am wondering how it might affect usage.

You would only get LTE service in areas that support Band 7. You would not get any LTE service in areas that use Band 4.
Rogers uses both bands.

Android is too cluttered and its layout isn't user friendly the way iOS and Windows Phone is not all of us want to be navigating through a minefield of settings and "Features" options the success of the iphone has been mainly down the iOS layout and its user friendly OS. I've had many Android phones from the earliest versions right upto the GSIII so i know a lot about Android but owning just windows phone device has me converted. I just want a phone i can use simply and with a nice quick layout and sadly Android isn't that. I would only ever use an iphone or a Windows Phone!

@vivftp
I'm in Canada too. Why don't you just get the 3G version?
Anyone know if the 3G and 4G will be released at the same time?
