i've been trying to update my phone for ages... but i always seem to get an "undefined error"
i checked out the log file and this is the error i always seem to get:

i've tried it at work and at home, even on my laptop. same problem. i've disabled the anti-virus, got rid of un-needed processes.... no luck, same error... HELP!!!

Have you tried formatting your phone? It seems that since you're getting the same issues with different pcs the one variable that hasn't been tested is the phone. I guess if you have another phone to test the update on with those same pcs then you rule it out. But there may be a bug in the phone that is really not allowing it to cooperate.
