In Norway we have a set of laws called "kjøpsloven" that gives the customers some power, if a product doesn't live up to what it promised (SE has promised T68i software) you can demand you'r money back!

In the UK there is similar legislation (the Sale of Goods Act) it says a product has to be fit for the purpose for which it was purchased, MMS etc was promised, if that was the reason you bought, or any other feature in the upgrade then you are entitled to repair (the upgrade) or replacement (T68i).

I talked to se in austria today, the guy told me he don,t think it will be here on friday, maybe next week or the week after next: anyway i am sick and tired checking emma twice a day since weeks for a software that should be there! When p800 is there i will buy one and give the t68m as a present to my girl!
