I think z1010 will be available in mid-june.. Thats when we should expect it on 3 here in denmark... i know someone i australia, who said its also to come out on the same time there... The reason to the long waiting time should (at least when you ask 3) be, that the firmware was not ready at the moment

i've given up all hope of ever getting a z1010 i think its taken far to long for it to reach the shop's a year and 3 months after it was announced is a joke, why not just wait till its ready to go on sail then tell everyone how great your new phone is? not a year before it goes on sale.

agree with you m8,i remember seeing the Z1010 specs when i had not long got my p800 and was thinking maybe i should have waited for that.well my contracts been up for 2 months now and ive still got the p800

Just found a cool thing with the Z1010 and K700.

When sending an SMS the 3 latest persons you've sent SMS's to are displayed in kind of a shortcut menu when asked who you want to send the SMS to. VERY helpful

More news from the infamous grapevine! I'm hearing there have been some high level talks between vodafone and SE. Looks like SE aren't very happy about Voda signing a contract with Nokia to supply the bulk of their 3G handsets! One outcome being that SE may refuse the release of the z1010 on the vodafone network! It just keeps getting worse for all you people waiting for this handset, which ever network you choose (02 being the only exception so far). If this is the case with voda then i foresee a similar situation arising with t-mobile who last month signed a deal with motorola.

Lets not see this as a bad thing though. All that this means is that all the other manufacturer have a more complete product line up (for the near future) but it also means that SE will be stepping up their development of new 3G handsets. So even if we dont see the z1010 soon at least what SE do in the future (remember they are being forced to play catch up) should be amazing!!!
