Thanx for the reply, and we will sure be waiting and anticipating this great accomplishment by all of you developers out there. That is one of the best programs out there right now. The thread itself can speak for itself.

aha okay, but 200kb is waay too much memory use for such a thing. I think i'm gonna have to wait for ilia's manual. Thanks anyways.
200 kb with the font i don't think it is to much
a single ttf font may take 120 kb u know

i have only made this manual.realwork hasbeen done by ilia
1)Download the program called font creator 4 from
www.high-logic.com.
2)after u install it on ur pc .now open any font that u want to convert for the p800.after that go to 'tools' and an option 'auto naming'.open that.
3)after that in the font family name write "Comic Sans MS" exactly as it written here.
then go to file and save as option .save it with name "comic" .again save the font with name as "comicbd".
4)now u should have the program caleed freetype installed on ur phone.
if not, make sure u install it on the memory stick otherwise it will be a problem changing the fonts.it is available from my-symbian.com.
5)copy these two fonts in the folder d:systemfonts .
6)now I have a file which is very important for changing the fonts. But I don?t have any web space to upload it . I can mail the file to somebody who can upload for all the px00 community.
Copy this file named ?sysfnt.ini? in c:systemdata.
Now restart ur phone.
Enjoy the new fonts.
But remember al this credit goes to ILIA . I have only made this small manual as I was able to change the fonts .l

well if u have copied them on internal memory then its ur bad luck.u will have to format ur internal drive or i think master reset will do it.but if u copied on memory stick then take out ur memory stick and restart ur phone .now insert back ur memory stick and delete the fonts and copy new one.hope it helps.

@all
about the prob w/changing the font back. no need to format or remove something. the thing is u should move the file sysfnt.ini into another dir or just delete it w/sman from c:\system\data. then just restart ur pxoo and everything will be set to default font and the prob of "the file is in use" when u*ll be trying to owerwrite ur custom font will disappear. kinda.

To delete whatever file u want even contacts do as following
First, put yout p800 in the cradle, then go to your backup and restore program, choose backup, turn off the phone when it says to, and again turn it on,now the backup will start!
Cancel it and DO NOT TOUCH THE PHONE, close the backup and restore program!
Open the epocware filemanager, and u will see that the p800 is connected and u can backup or delete everything file by file!
And do the same when u want to put the same files back! (quoted from sweetheart )
