batesie there is only so much a intelligence service can do...MI5 and MI6 have done a very good job in the last couple of years by arresting and closing down terrorist cells...but eventually someone will always slip through the net.

Will you stop trying to run the government. They did all they can, they couldnt prevent this, it has happened. It will be interesting to see what Mi6 does about this, whether they decide to pursue terrorists seeing as now we have a REASON to fight the war on terrorism, we arent just helping bush out.

We have always pursued terrorists and we have every right to protect our sovereignty. What is this "war on terrorism"?
Helping Bush invade a sovereign nation has and had nothing to do with the "war on terrorism".

This thread is dedicated to the war in Iraq. Perhaps anyone who wishes to discuss such issues could use that instead of this one?
I'm sure someone can create a new political thread if there are none of the many older ones still available should anyone wish to discuss other political issues.

While I share your opinions and do agree that what's happening in Iraq is one of the greatest crimes of humanity in the last 100 years (i'm half Iraqi btw), this thread is NOT the place to discuss it. PLEASE use this thread for it's intended purpose.
