I have EUROPE_2; deleted the files yesterday and it didn't work!!!!
Will try today when I go home after work (in 6 hours )

False alarm! You're correct - there are portions of black bars in both mentioned situations for both R1L and R1N

Woohoo!!! Finally! updated my phone to R1N035 an hour ago. Now i'll be able to sleep peacefully! Was trying it since yesterday morning without luck...

It this what it's supposed to look like or am i missing anything and by the way anybody else using EUROPE_5? I don't seem to see anybody saying they have EUROPE_5. and I noticed on the first post that theirs show..

I have EUROPE_2 O2 branded. Just tried it doesn't work. R1L is still the lastest.

Managed to update my UK SIM free (EU_1/EUROPE_2) handset this afternoon (just after 3pm) from the SE UK site (after it trying to give me R1L about five or six times yesterday and this morning).

I have O2 UK branded K750i on O2 network (strangely enough!!)

R1L002 prgcxc12595_EU_1CL

Have deleted SEUS, re-installed SEUS1.19, deleted R1L software files from update folder. Everything above tried.
Result? R1L= Software up to date.
Have proceeded with update anyway, resulting in R1L with deleted/messed up shortcuts.Looks like SEUS today is not updating O2 UK branded phones.

Rang SE Tech support. Ha Ha!
They claim to be unaware of R1N, and that R1L is still the current firmware version!!

So whatever you guys who see R1N on your screen are smoking, I want some!

I have tried to upgrade my firmware twice now and it is still on R1L002. I'm on O2. Is this the latest update for O2 phones?
