Hi guys n girls,

I've got one question for ya, before I got the K800 I was really worried about the video quality, people saying that it was the same as the K750, alas, this sin't the case. Can somebody tell me what resolution and fps the K800 records in? I've got an O2 branded K800.

Cheers

Am wondering if it's possible to run TomTom mobile on this phone, or does it only run on symbian and windows mobile phones? I've seen that it exists for p900/910, but I assume that is a symbian phone as well?

No tomtom for K800i. Sorry. I use a HP Ipaq for tomtom as the display is a lot bigger and better for dsat nav than any phone, even the p series.

I got mine yesterday off Ebay for €355.

It's an O2 UK unlocked handset so i was able to use my Vodafone IE sim in it straight away. Camera is excellent but i can see what everybody else means by the quality; as in it's not lightyears ahead of my old K750i.

I think the handset really comes alive though with all the little touches. The K750i seemed to tick all the right boxes, whereas the K800i goes that little bit further with the RSS reader, Software Update via GPRS/3G, Video caller ID, Best Pic etc.

So far so good, but i'm sure i'll find some niggles soon!

Hey Vilhelm I

Without knowing the nature of your blogging problem, this thread may be of interest to you. I was having problems blogging and then found a work-around and also a possible "bug"

i've had my phone about 2 weeks everything was fine, im on firmware R1CB001 CXC1250215, i'm on Tmobile USA here, however yesterday i was sending a sms(txt) msg and the phone's screen turned white and resetted it kept doing it everytime i tried sending a txt, however i did a master reset went back on sony's site and had all the mms, and internet settings sent to my phone again. i also heard changing to another factory preset theme may help. well apparently i'm able to send txt messages now. earlier i was tryin to take some pictures and the camera froze saying "saving" on the screen, i had to take the battery out.

i emailed sony on the problem, i tried updating the firmware through the software option on the phone but it says i have the latest firmware.

anyone have any ideas what i should do? another small thing is like everyone else when i close the cover lens it doesn't go back now to phone mode, i have to manually click on end.

Amy
