I have in front of me the Orange brochure for September. It has a big pic of a silver C905 saying COMING SOON. Good.

I want the copper gold one. Silver still looks great though its the typical colour these days. Just hope Orange wont ruin it with branding though i have heard some new phones on Orange lately have come without branding.

With Orange that is when you purchase the first batch you get lucky and get a SIMFREE version

I have spoken with my exColleagues back in London, and can confirm that the C905 will launch in September, so its very close to launch, and up til around November, will be SIM Free, after which Orange will begin to Brand them...Saying that, their C902's are still unbranded

Actually as usual, the first batch of C905 could be different to the next batch. SE always perfecting the phone on every production. It's hardware improvement, not software things.
That's why I'm looking for Copper Gold instead of Black and Silver. Not to mention that I like brown, too.
The sad thing is, I need to wait.

RE: C905 and camera with slide closed - W910 camera works with the slide closed and apart from the active lense cover both phones have the same formfactor. No reason SE would have changed that.
