Which handset you are using? Speed depends on Hanset as well as the network.

By the way, we should seriously think about changing our IP's as 202.56.231.116 & 202.56.231.117 are banned almost everywhere(specially MO ip).

No. You can get more speed using a EDGE enabled or Class 10 GPRS phone.
