Last week, I brought my T39 (warranty expired last December) to Smartnet for repairs/diagnostics since it suddenly went "No Network" on me. After days of testing, they informed me that it is no longer repairable... Now they want to charge me for "pullout" fee even if they were not able to do anything about the problem... Is this standard policy?
BTW, Smartnet did the firmware upgrade on it last November.
