Yes, too early. Sony Ericsson changed design of X1 three times. First, it was with WM-key. Than this key was removed. And finally they change WM-key to Xperia Panels. The back was changed two times.

i think this will be a mistake. look at omnia HD, how easy is it for them to snap a 12MP on and add 10 gazillion more useless widgets and ship them ahead of SE? and then LG will ship something almost the same at almost the same time.
and Nokia will have more touch screen devices with xenon flash and 3.5mm jack.
these are all ready so soon before Q2, not concepts.
