One member from NeoGAF...
I've had mine for around a week now and my impressions are as follows:
Pros:
The screen is lovely
Standby batter life is amazing when using stamina mode
Hardware design is excellent
Size is great for a 5" phone
Camera can sometimes be excellent
Skin is very light and very well done
Feels great in the hand
Cons:
Battery life without stamina mode is poor
Stamina mode is broken by apps like Google+ that want to run in the background all the time
Stamina mode breaks the notification LED
Camera is super aggressive with noise reduction to the point where it smears details
Dust and fingerprint magnet (black model), but then you can always just rinse it under the tap!
I'm still debating whether to keep it or not though, the two things being battery life when stamina mode isn't on (the mode is great but useless if you read above) and I have a personal peeve with the email client. I have server side rules on my work exchange account which sorts main into sub folders. Whilst you can set sub folders to be synced / pushed automatically, you won't get a notification for it. There is a modded APK which fixes this but I won't root until I can do it without unlocking the boot loader.
If you want to ask me specific questions or want photos of the device then just let me know.
stamina mode seems to be disastrous

...stamina mode breaks notification LED

that's ridiculous....

I have noticed that in T too. It does stop notifying in power saver mode randomly. Sony really needs to hire alot of software engineers if they are aming to be the 3rd smartphone manufacturer(with a good share). Lots of glitches and security issues. If they dont fix these asap, the popularity with z may bring damage to them instead.

sean, you r more of a nokia fanboy at heart. Before getting xperia t you had a avatar of 920 and now u seem to have sold t for 620.
As for the pics... There is nothing wrong with z pics, they are really good imo and give gud competition to nokia topdogs
