Im not going to the eb but i like to suggest the gilligan's place at the back of G4, i think they have penthouse which you could reserve for that event. And at any resto u will be, since you are around 20, you need to reserve as early as today.

I know of a place along Annapolis St in Greenhills called "On Cue Barbeque". This was the former Sugarhouse (owned by the same people) beside the Greenhills Shopping Center Complex which is a 700 meter walk from the Annapolis/Santolan station of the MRT.
It's a small cozy airconditioned place with 2 floors and meals are from P65 - P130. I don't think they serve any alcoholic drinks but I could probably request them if people would want. It's a non-smoking place but people could smoke outside. We can have one floor just for us.
