Some idiot booked a room for a business stay. he works fro ABN AMRO and they have very strict policies and they all have to book through their in-house travel agent. He didn't, hence ABN won't pay for his stay, hence we charged his credit card.
Which means he will have to fill in a declaration form for ABN, however that would probably involve explaining why he didn't make a proper booking, so he chose the path of battling with me to see if he can dispute his money out of our account. he will not succeed of courrse
