i found the heera panna of chennai, it's burma bazaar, man they have around 50-60 shops each about 2m wide and selling pirated CD's for Rs25 each out in the open !!
So many shops selling DVD/CD players, mobiles, toys, etc etc. Awesome...... that is if you have money to burn

i dunno about software cd's but there are cd's for gaming consoles like playstation, dunno about ps2 and other more recent one's. These CD's are priced differently, i was talking about music and movie CDs
and soooo many electronic goods, those guys hardly wait until you get out of your vehicle before they start asking "Sir, want cd ?", "sir, want new cd player", "sir want latest dvd player ?"
