Speed of photo saving isn`t Camdriver properties,but Firmware...
It be a faster if you turn off timestamp of picture or set default saving of the pictures in the phone memory...
Here you can find some CamDrivers,but 2.4 and 2.5 are original...

Thx a lot. We alrdy get it, but decrease shutter speed will cause focusing operation delay...
So..if too dark? to reduce noise??? Turn on the flash
