Instead of making more money by selling more, looks like they want to earn by cutting costs only.

Yeah.. That's what I have been hearing too..
On a side note.. I guess this all is true.. Xperia blog just posted about this.. They don't post if they think it is not true.. Morever Zackbuks posted the exact same thing on weibo too.. Sigh! I am slightly disappointed.. I won't lie.. The flagship is ok.. I mean not that great as far as specs go.. But the midrangers is a bunch of crap.. They shouldn't be released.. I lobed Sony's midrange.. But alas..
IT is time to move on from sony, I guess

I think GSMarena already has the Xperia 1 and therefore they are refraining from posting about the phone.. Won't be surprised if we get a review right after the launch..
The june launch is soooo bad.. I don't know.. But I guess Xperia days are over now.. Tony gave me some hope.. But this is simply not done.. Samsung is the future now.. They have improved their ui and basically perfected their phones.. Even midrangers.. So.. Guess xperia has to go...
Zackbuks is kind of explaining why there is less battery in the phone, if my translation is correct.. But that is inappropriate.. He says that 21:9 6.5 inches consumes the same battery as 5.8 16.9..but that doesn't mean that Sony should not give bigger battery.. That's what wrong with Sony.. They don't give even a little excess.. They just give the basic requirements.. Which is not enough nowadays, if they want to stay alive.. IMO right now Sony Mobile is trying to get whatever they can, by fooling their fans.. This kind of midrange line up is simply atrocious..

I can speak million words about those specs but it won't change anything and I'm refraining until official announcement.
BTW Reddit says there's no 6gb ram of any S10 all are 8.

Guys, even if they have the device to release review next monday does not mean mass production has started.
Like few have said here, the schedule may be to sell the device with 4G modem in march and then in may with 5G modem.
