I am about to try this again one more time b4 work this morning....
I have asked repeateteadly to see some photo of a K750i bearing this elusive update but it would seems no one has the will to shows this...
Untill I see this I wont believe for a second there is a R1N anything out on SEUS UK for all O2 handsets...
Someone is smoking some serious stuff around here and is not sharing it either...
@GeKoX
I get that message too of would I like to update with same firmware?
I tried that with my First K750i that was returned on tuesday and the update was for R1L002 not R1N035 or whatever it apparently is supposed to be.
Do you experience bugs like the one I reported??

I dont believe this R1N035 is out yet at least for myself and a few others...
I just tried now and got the usual already up to date nonsense would I still like to flash it anyway because of the pleasure of flashing for the sake of flashing message...
I give up.... for a while... In 9 days if a new firmware is not relesed I will return the phone has it displays serious bugs with R1L002

Am thinking of debranding my O2 K750i with DaVinci but what would i flash to eu 2 or eu 3? Has anyone been able to update to the new firmware on eu 3?
(Would want eu 3 as it has the dutch language)

As far as I know the best for you to do if your going to debrand and flash your phone I suppose you can ask the people that are doing the job for you what the best option is...
As far as I know there are no further updates for the K750i from f/w rev R1L002 and until I see proof I wont believe it there is any firmware update other than the R1L002...
No offense meant to anyone that claims otherwise...
I just Saw those Picture on the K750I bearing the R1N035 f/w revision update (thank you for posting them happycheesecake) but it is a CHINA locale and not Europe...
Worth a try in the chinese website if using babelfish webpage translator.... mmmmmm I wonder...

Hopefully my fuzzy photos prove otherwise!

I saw the PICS happycheesecake thanks for posting but China is not Europe...
I presume the claim is that it was a SEUS available update for Europe locale for the R1N not any other locale...
It reads Quote:mwarner wrote:
The latest Firmware on SEUS is R1L002 or R1N035 dependant on your phone / location.
So you are lucky your phone bears the CHINA locale
Edit:Just tried Hong-Kong SEUS no joy

@Leviath
CDA102338/16 is the O2 UK branded firmware. R1N for this CDA has not yet been approved by O2 to release on SEUS.
CDA102338/38 is an unbraded UK firmware, and if your phone has this CDA then you will be able to update via SEUS.
I expect there is a delay between the release of generic firmwares and operator specific firmwares because a) they have to customise the firmware with their own graphics and b) they have to thoroughly test the firmware with their own network - look what happened with R1J on the O2 network! Hopefully their experience with this firmware will not cause much delay / put them off completely from allowing an upgrade to R1N.
You seem to be going ballistic about the lack of R1N for your branded O2 phone. Sure, it's an improvement but it's not the end of the world to have to wait a few days for it. If you are really that desperate to get an update then why not use a service like DaVinci to unbrand your firmware and change the CDA to a generic model. Personally, though, I would just wait a few days and see what happens. I'm sure Esato will let you know when an O2 R1N firmware is available!
