www.actfax.com . I used their software, but over dialup. That was one unintentional prank ! Dint display any info (like my number) when received.
Even
www.rkssoftware.com has a restricted Shareware. But all it needs is the serial key. Ofcourse, one must pay the company and not PM me or use crack sites to get that.

@sail, tried mighty fax, but it wont let me fax to an extension number. say i wanna fax to 1-800-gangsta ext 6666 the thing wont allow me to do it. i'l just send it as normal fax i guess.
