**Reposted from bluejackq.com for those who get a sense of Deja-Vu. i'm bored and its late.**
I've been to Nottingham a few times lately and so far I have blue jacked :
T610, yeah another one... this time it was a business man.
He was walking in front of me and I thought to myself... "He has to have a decent phone." so I did a crafty scan and made sure to walk behind him. Sure enough a T610 appeared and I whisked my "Nice phone" note to him. He took out his phone and recieved it as he stepped into a lift and I just breezedon by smirking.
Two seperate 6310i's... 6510i's (???) just sent them contacts... was stood at this big crosswalk which is a gold mine for Blue Jacking... never saw their faces though.
And I got somebody playing on a display model N-Gage in TOMO. There were a few people who had named their mobiles after themselves in TOMO but I assumed they were sales staff and so was too frightened of blue jacking them
I am starting to find myself scanning for phones whenever I am on a buss or in a pub or just waiting for someone.

me too... when I step into a crowded place, I'll switch the bluejacking module in SMan and put my P800 in my pocket. Everytime my phone vibrates, I look around for a confused person or half expect some phone nearby to go beep!

I was in a pub the other day and was going to have a bit of fun but the T610 owner just nodded and smiled at me when I BJed her.

@Ericssonkid
Ah. You are trying to pair your phone to another Bluetooth device. This is not what you want to do and won't work. Instead of going into 'My devices' in your Bluetooth menu, select the contact/item you want to send and choose 'Send' then 'Bluetooth'.

@ Ellie
Happy 500th post.
@ Everyone
So... the 6310, tough nut to crack or what?
I was sat on the bus today and scanning, it was busy and one came up... a 6310 (or a 6510... I can't remember) so I send a contact.... sending.... sending.... sending... failed.
BUGGER
So I send again. Same story.
Everytime I scan it shows up and I'm looking round for people with Nokias.
At one point it comes up unknown, and then on another scan its back.
It was there most of the bus journey... just teasing me.
There's me with my BlueRod trying to reel that sucker in... but it never happened. Through my periodic scans I was able to track it down to one of three people who got off the bus when it disappeared altogether... each of them were well within 10M's... man what a jip!
