San macha is like sallaa . . Its a galli . Sailab would be better at explaining it but it means - you are my wife's brother- i think . . .0i learn't it only when i moved down south here

yo sanny, wassup...i doubt sai would be able to throw too much light on the *macha* subject....its a colloquial term used mainly down South...specifically in Bangalore and Chennai, and some other parts of Tamil Nadu ( surprisinly never heard it used in Kerala)....its similar to the word *saala* in Hindi or the oft used *man* in the sing song US Black speak..it doesnt mean much figuratively, other than the colloquialness it adds to the tongue of he land.
