Thats what happened to me.
It is because you can only make one order per account.
But check your bank account and they will have taken the money anyway!
and you now have to wait for it to be credited back, which takes a day or two.

its pay as you go so u top up with vouchers,
I have ordered the 3100 but it says my order is sucsessful and the money has been taken from my bank but i havent gotten an email to confirm my order, is it ment to me like this?
