That was a later post Mr guy!!

What if you b/jack 3-4 peeps succesfully, and then a week later the b/t names are still on your phone including buddies you've paired with, now you have like 7 b/t names!!! so u refresh and nothing happens and switch off your phone and nothing happens so u try to b/jack again and all u doing is adding to the list!!!!

So then what???? YOU DELETE THEM FROM YOUR DEVICES!!!!

Umm no you dont. Whenever you bluejack one phone it stays on your phones list until you bluejack another phone, or reboot the phone.

SE none-smartphones only remember one none-paired device, so if you bluejacked 10 people, you'd only see the very last Bluetooth device on your list - not all 10 of them.

If you have paired with other phones, especially lots of them, then thats your own fault if the list becomes cluttered. You shouldnt pair with friends anyway, only your own devices.

The point im making is 786KBR, is that you seem to assume that everyone who bluejacks pairs with every phone they find. It does not work like that.

For the final time: SE PHONES ONLY REMEMBER THE VERY LAST PHONE YOU BLUEJACKED - so deleting them through the My Devices setting doesnt work at all.

786KBR, you've never bluejacked before have you ? because you're talking from complete inexperience.

@etaab is absolutley right all se non smart phones only remember the last phone bluejacked.

To get rid of this phone from the top of the list simply refresh, or reboot the phone.

How come i had 2 bluejacked phones on my list for months then? Researching and rebooting, even removing the battery never got rid of them. This message was posted from a Z600

Probably screwed up firmware. That shouldnt happen.

Or, maybe someone paired their phone with your without you knowing ? a friend of mine once did it so he could fool around browsing my files and such, he thought i wouldnt notice. He didnt realise i use Bluetooth heavily every single day, and i noticed within minutes he'd paired us when i went to use Bluetooth.

The simple fact is, phones you bluejack dont appear in the My Devices list, unless you pair with them.

Ive no idea without seeing the phone myself. Chances are it the other would be someone who again might have paired with your phone (brother, sister, friend, workmate) to play a trick on you, and simply deleted the phones name.

What i do know for sure is that the My Devices only shows paired devices, so whatever it was you certainly were paired with it.

Then you must have either a faulty phone, or you've paired with them.

Either way im not really interested, because that is not how SE phones work, and you are quite wrong. Im not going to keep discussing this with you, since there appears to be no end to it, stick to your (misguided) guns.
