They just introduced GSM network i think 2 years ago while 3G network is already popular in Hong Kong.
I don't know when we will be getting all this cool stuff here.

It does suck living in the US when you want all the latest technology with cell phones. Most of the US cell phone users dont know the capabilities of cell phones these days. More than 60% of the cell phone users wouldn't know what a GSM network is and the GSM network has different frequencies (850 & 1900) which keeps most of the good GSM phones out of the US. I use a K750i and I have to admit that my phone will not work at several parts of the country (except major cities) which forces me to carry either a T616 or a Nokia 3200(b) so that I can use the 850 network. The cellular networks in the US have a lot to learn from the rest of the world and I dont think that will happen in the near future.
