I used to think that Ericsson makes the best cellphones in the world during the days of GH337/388 but it's really sad to see the state that SE is in now. I feel that SE lost out mainly bec of phone designs. The menu navigation is fine with me and the build quality has always been good but there comes a point when the consumer looks beyond function. Admit it guys, SE designs are dated. By the way, I disagree that Kokia is ONLY for kids. Do you see any KID using say 6310, 9210, 8850, 8910 etc just to name a few? Not that they can't afford them but bec the designs don't appeal to them.

Well, I thought they were taking a good path with the design of the T68. It looks good, and it is good!
But now with the T300, what in the world were they thinking?
Nokia on the other hand pumps out good looking phones but feature wise is total crap, and build quality is not as solid as most Ericsson phones, but they sell!
Maybe that's what

is trying to do with the T300? Doesn't really look good though...

NO. U see,

is trying to do the opposite of NOkia !

builds ugly phones but with good features and NOkia builds 'pretty' phones with no features. I think the market in general likes the pretty phones. It would be nice if

could sacrifice their profits a little and design good phones with their current good features ..... Hmmm if only ....
Dont you guys agree ?

So you're saying the T68 is ugly?
I think it looks great, and better looking than all the other Nokia phones.

I see a lot of kids with the 8850 here, it's actually quite popular because it's so cheap.
I'm sorry, my mistake, they call them the 8860 and 8890 here.

Whoa!!! Cool it guys! Didn't realise that you guys are so anti-NOKIA! To set things straight, I still like SE. In fact, I have no brand preference. I just buy whichever phone I consider "good" at the moment. For your info, kids here in Singapore prefer 3310, 8210, 8250, 8310 etc. In short, phones with Xpress on covers. Anyway, I shan't refer to the 'N' brand anymore as long as I'm on this forum.

HEY! Deltayoda!! Watch it !!
You are forgetting that the T68i is from the T68 which was designed by Ericsson and NOT

. Ericsson had great designs....but now they seem to have gone the opposite of NOkia as I have mentioned above !!

better design something nice to capture a bigger share of the market or else....
Personally I don't care how the darn phone looks as long as it is packed with features.... nice design is an added bonus
Well....$kew you if you don't agree 'cause its justzz my oppinion
