Today it happened again! My phone rebooted by itself...it's got the latest FW now, I've done a master reset...wipe all info settings and redone it all. There must be a solution. It went on fine now for a few days, and now this. I'm planning on getting a T68i when I return from overseas...but will I see the same problems on that platform????

My phone also rebooted a few times after the upgrade+master reset...

It is true thought that I've been able to talk during the weekend for about 40 minutes continuously without interruptions... but.. after the weekened.. one short call.. after less that 1 minute.. just crashed (I mean my phone rebooted).

I don't know about other mobiles... but, as I can see on this forum, it seems most of them have rebooting problems... it's true that the t68i has a number of reboots that is close to 0.. or.. that's what i've notices from the other users' posts.

My t68i (SW R2E006) resets itself sometimes whenever I try to send MMS. It just reboots itself for no reason at all. I have also experienced my phone reboot itself while connected to GPRS (Globe). Maybe it has something to do with GPRS, since MMS is sent via GPRS. The software may not be compatible to Globe's settings. (Btw, im using a prepaid sim card. I dont have MMS but whenever i try to send, it sometimes reboots).

Any info on phone reboots would be most welcome.

Ok.. so.. the idea is next:
my phone rebooted today after EXACTLY 4 minutes.

What did I say in one of the previous posts?
It is possible to reboot only after an exact number of minutes (& 0 secs I mean). The only reason I can find is that there probably happens something each minute (??:00).. actually not probably - it is certain - something like the minute reminder, appointments/tasks check, other checks. The result is the reboot, don't know why. The software programmers on should take a look over that code.

wow.. another software update.

But.. I'll update again.. how do I make sure if they have even looked over that part of the code. The last time there were mentioned bugs in the Wap subsytem (something I don't use), bugs that caused reboots. But what about the GENERAL talking reboots?

Could this be a technical problem related to the shipment or something. On the T65 I've bought it says "Made in Malaysia". All the T65 around here are made there.

mmm.. this question just stroke my mind.. is there a place where the users could see what are the changes in every FW upgrade? Something like... what's known about T65.. what's in development.. what's solved and in which FW?

not good to write posts at this time, should be in bed by this time... R5A020 is for T68 and not for T65 for T65 it's still R5A010...

the information about changes in the releases are only sent out to servicepoints... so if you want to now what's new you either talk to your servicepoint (or helpdesk) or watch Esato cause it usually posted by someone in here
