My free text has been out for 3 weeks... I've topped up about £80 in that time... but still no free text!

did you use them all in the first week? its 300 texts a month subject to a minimum of £10 top up... so if you use them all and then top up and it hasnt been a month since you topped up last you wont get them

There is something wrong somewhere. I registered 2 days ago, received the text but still no credit! Also, I was being charged for each text and I had spend £1.50+ speaking to customer services to have the 300 added, which really sucked the big one!!!

EDIT: When registering, did anyone else get free texts? If not I'm getting free texts for no reason
(Not put £10 on, I've registered for £2.50 and that's it).
Also, I tried registering a second time, I've got the text response, but no credit yet... I sent it about 8 hours ago
