Sorry for my stupidity (I'm new to the site), but how can I hear this and put it on my phone?

@Twinkie
You make a txt file on your computer then put in the Heartbeat text and then you rename the file to Heartbeat.imy
If you have ir or BT connection just send it over to the phone. 8=)

A txt file? Like as in a word document? Do you need a special program to save it as .imy? And how do I get it to my phone from there? Sorry I am not very computer literate. Thanks for your help.
edit: I copied it to notepad and saved it as .imy. Now how do I get it to my phone if I don't have BT or IR? can I sms it? Should it be an attachment? or in the body? Sorry for all the ?'s
