Hmm, definitely different. I just showed it to a few of our usability experts at work (web rather than phones, but the same sort of idea) and they totally panned it. Pointed out that all the buttons are in completely the wrong place (obvious, but if you think about it, it's going to take quite a bit of getting used to as you instinctively know where buttons normally are) and it's going to be an absolute nightmare for txt msging!

3650 is an ugly phone, not even a close competitor to the P800.
As for the 3510i, umm, it's just an added color screen on the same old candy crappy looking phone.
The 7650, 7210 and 6610 are the only Nokia phones that I find unique, but knowing Nokia's marketing strategy, I'm not even going to bother getting close to one of these phones unless I plan on buying a backup phone.
I'm still sticking to my T68i, it still looks good, small, still top of the line, and I need bluetooth to work with my IPAQ.

No way any of us are going to see a 3650 in the store shelves in Q1, remember that Nokia 7650 was announced in february (if not even earlier), but didn't hit the store shelves until just now.
And Nokia made the same stupid mitake with the 3650 as with the 7650: no support for bluetooth-headsets!!.(until the "i" version arrives i guess...).
I can't possibly imagine what the difference between 3510, 6610 and the 7210 could be.
If anyone knows of any technical difference between these three phone (besides the looks), please post! I'm really curious!
They might as well have just made one phone and made it compatible with all three covers!

but that 3650 sure looks nice, (- battery time wich in nokia phones allways suck (200>)) it all depends on wich user group the 3650 is atended for, in price...

The 7210 & 6610 are the exact same phones... it's just some keypad cover changes. Nothing else. And the same as T68m and T68i cosmetic changes only. Just because the model numbers are different doesn't mean it's a different phone. There were bigger difference between T68m and T68i, when the i was released than the 7210 & 6610 because of the software difference. Design changes alone doesn't make it a new phone in my eyes...
Nokia is great a marketing their phones. They always manage to come out with a phone with no differnces/very small modifications to an older one, and people are saying wow a new phone...

The 3510 is an upgrade to the 3410 in a slightly different body (think of all the variable changeable covers that are in the market now, most of them not interchangeable between phones of different models). The 3510's upgrade is essentially the ability to receive and download MMS messages (but not send).
The P800 is not the phone that will save Sony Ericsson, it is not mass market. The same can be said for many of the Nokia models, but they have a broad range to appeal to different consumer tastes so they can attract a bigger market then Sony Ericsson is targetting.
Sony Ericsson needs diversity of products like Nokia, and the trick is to use Nokia's strategy of re-branding the same phone technology to cut down on costs, components and manufacturing costs. Nokia's doing a good job in this respect.

Nokia is just catching up. I been seeing colors since dec 2001 while nokia introduced their colored phn ths july. Nokia will be having 5 colored phn- 7650, 7210, 6610, 3650 and 3510i but 7210=6610 and 3510i is just an upgraded 3510. Maybe SE shld make T39i and R520i with color and introduce as a new phn

is waiting for something and may be release some new version but kept it secretly for a while.
Anyhow even that Nokia has many new version phone but i don't think that its look cool
as the
T68, T68i, or P800 isn't it
OR WE CAN SAY THAT ALL OF THEM ARE UGLY
