I tried automatic and recovery mode as well.. They removed the files. I really hope either they're fixing the files or putting in a new firmware. Hope i'll have a perfectly working K750i with my languages and fixed buges!

I will, don't worry.
Now, but seriously i do believe they're fixing it, why else would they remove it? And actually it's not impossible at all that the'll release a new fw. I know R1N is quite new but there are already a few known bugs.
So yea, i keep hoping!

What will it happen if I update my W800i using SEUS of K750i to obtain that R1N035?
Any idea?

I did a master reset and it did exactly as you said :
Turn phone model to W800i and delete the W800i theme!

Short answer: NO!
SEUS looks at IMEI too not only CDA.

actually ive read on davinci that it doesnt check for imei for k750
people who flash their phone to another language/cda can still update with seus (if they used the right cda), so why doesnt seus detect that the cda and mei dont match?

It does, CDA from W800i, IMEI from K750i -> Something's wrong.
Don't really know what happens, maybe you could try it out
