The best way of replying to a scammer is giving real threats. I´ve been scammed once and found on a forum people who have already been scammed by the same person and had discovered smoe info about him. Just email him saying personal things about him and that the police already knows about everything. It helps also if you say things like í´ll put you in jail asshole´´ and works even better if you know his mother´s name.
