I've had this for a few days and had quite a few problems with it.
I have formatted memory stick after installing new firmware.
Pictures saved to memory stick have no small preview image.
Some music videos refuse to play.
Blank white screen then phone resets when playing video files.
Used dic2phone to add mp3's completed on pc but when looked on phone had only added about10 tracks.
Anyone else had any problems, I'm on o2 uk.

I updated to R1NA005 today and the file corruption bug is still present. Not very funny!

Can you test my workaround and tell me if it works with the new firmware? Thanks

@arnarn911
I can confirm that transfering up to 15 files at a time does seem to work!
I just transfered a couple of hundred pics that earlier today got erased by them selves (it was after that I upgraded to R1NA005 today). First I tried all of them at once and almost none of them worked in the phone. Then I sent them 15 at a time, all to the same folder though, all of them now do work.
Still, having a limit to 15 files at a time is not an acceptabel bug. I hope SE releases an update that fixes this.

I got R1NA005 from the Hong Kong SEUS site an hour ago.
Menu and Pics browising seems faster.
Camera works, shutter sound still exists in silence mode.
Video recording data rate increase from 9.8 K bytes/sec (R1L002) to 22.6 (a 40 sec movie now takes 935KB)
Video playback is better, relatively.
Mp3 player works. I havent tested for the playlist problem yet

Flash Lite *.swf files can no longer be opened!
that is sad...

everything was fine, until i try to load the files on MS via the usb cable. I got errors from my pc while opening the files. Then i unpluged the usb cable, took out the MS and pluged it into the card reader, thanks god, all files are still there and fine.

Hmm im puzzled, annoyed and tired of this firmware crap. We should (in my dreams) form a strong consumer organisation and push the manufacturers to only release finished products!
Just upgraded my W800i to R1NA005 and that off course didnīt solve my issue with the hissing, crappy sound that i hear when i listen to soft songs with my mp3 player on low volume....bah!
Wonder if i am too picky and demand too much when im disturbed about the crappy sound that i hear when i listen to soft song on the lowest volyme. have anyone else then "arnarn911" and me noticed the same problem? To hear it, you have to listen to a soft song to notice. I can hear it in the quieter passages in the song and if a song fades in or out. And i donīt have superhearing! Hehe.
I bought one of the earliest w800i and had the first firmware (the one before R1N035) and as i recall, i didnīt have any problems with the sound then. I want to roll back/go back to the earliest firmware but some say that you canīt do that( anyone knows otherwise?).
Have anyone heard anything about when the R10 firmware will be released?
