I am definitely having this problem with a T68i that is brand new. At the T-Mobile store they acknowledge there is an issue with these phones, but when I called customer care and asked them to replace it with a different but comparable phone, they said they would only send me the exact same phone. I'm trying to decide if I want to argue with them or just try my luck with another T68i.
