Well, you wrote about saving money by letting time go by to make the stuff one wants go down in price.
The timeframe differs, but i guess how long one waits just is a measure of how poor/economical one might be.
I know people running around with Nokia 3310, claiming it's all they ever dreamed of. I bet they saved a ton of money compared to me by not getting every new modell there is. (truth to be told it's become a sport for me to have the high-end SE before anyone else)
However IF one wants the latest and greatest one HAS to pay a premium. If one settles for the almost latest and maybe not so great, one can save a bit of cash.
No harm in disagreeing, i respect your point of view, and i hope you do the same.
