I agree black looks a lot better, but after a few days, and a hundred scratches later... i'd regret not going for white.

Whener i get big scratches on the ipod (screen/body) I rub it like MAD with brasso metal polish... it gets rid of deep scratches after 15/20 mins work

@neonismo, I haven't tried a PSP unfortunately, but the biggest difference is obviously the size of the screen (iPod 2.5 inches), however the quality is superb and easily watchable without straining your eyes. As for tv output, it is decent (similar to e.g. vhs), but photos lok good (even blown up on a 32 inch.

@Lamont £219 inc free delivery

@p900lover, you can only use firewire for charging, it now comes with a USB cable to charge it via computer (if you want a wall-charger you have to buy it seperately, however you could use your old firewire wall charger if you have one)

@miss copperfield
As requested pics of top and bottom (sorry about quality)

Only headphone socket and hold switch on the top

Only dock-connecter on the bottom

@kk.226 Does the brasso thing really work? I'd be afraid that it would make loads of tiny tiny scratches

Well if your ipod is brand new mate and only 1 tiny scratch i dont recommend it, but if it's full of lots of little (and a few big deep ones), then it will definaly improve it, only just see lots of little ones, but it's like anything, the more you put in/better you work at it... the better the results.

Cheers mate I'l bear that in mind for future use. I can see that I'll be needing it. I've only had it for just over 24 hours (been super super careful when handling it) but have already noticed a minute scratch (scratchette in fact as it's so small , I actually have to sit for a minute with the iPod to actually find the tiny scratch).

lol nice, I actually bought a see through skin from

www.trendygeek.com

WELL worth the money, it's perfect... can't even tell its there. You get 3 in a pack, which should last a year! Sticks by static or summin, not sticky at all, same way the plastic sticks to new fone screens. Kept my screen, and the chrome on the back brand new for about 6 months, took them off (polised the white areas with brasso) and sold the ipod as BRAND NEW, and the buyer was extremley pleased.

Good investment for like $8
