@brix, yes communalism.....its different from communism! There are quite a few religious political parties here..the communal forces.. And the railways...the rail network here is excellent..its the second largest rail network if i'm not mistaken...but i was talking about air conditioned coaches here.. Also, the design of rail coaches is more than three decades old and seriously needs a revamp..

Well then.... here's what I dislike in my country:

No 1: the way the media (and not just them, I must say) capitalise on the death of a movie maker and help creating the above mentioned alleged political vibe. If we all continue to believe there is a negative vibe between cultures, we will succeed in creating it.

No 2: the fact that I can't get a house because the demand is simply too high and there aren't enough houses in my city... but at the same time office buildings are vacant and we're still building more of those... where's the logic in that?

No 3: the general overdose of rules that apply to anything you might wanna do.

No 4: soft drugs tolerance. This is not something I merely dislike, this is something I loathe from the core of my being. Whoever came up with that had no idea what they were doing. 2 thumbs down.

No 5: Lack of respect throughout society

No 6: Abundance of political parties and 'media politicians'. It appears as if our nation is their own private playground most of the time, I fear the politician with heart for the people is long extinct in this country. I also fear that the general publics common sense has jumped ship ages ago.... I don't know who but somebody voted these clowns into office.... and they will probably do it again with whoever will win the next popularity contest

No 7: Our criminal justice system. It is biased, imaccurate and inconsequent. Neither the victim nor the assailant are done justice in many cases.

No 8: Not actual yet, but soon to be another stupidity on our behalf: the acceptance of a USA ambassador who's been investigated for fraude and may be prosecuted. That the US think such a person makes a fine representant is their problem..... but that we are soo eager to please we don't stand up to that and will welcome him like a king really is beyond me.
