but how do i find exposed film?
haha, yes, it's a noob question,
but i don't know much about 35mm film [see what digital cameras have done to us?] but i don't know how to make my film exposed or whatever.
can i find the proper part in a negative of developed pictures?

you need ir sensitive film. Normal film won't record ir. You also need an ir pass filter (blocks out normal light)
