I would be most grateful if you would take a picture of the back of the unit. The part that goes into the ear. I am really curious how it looks like and how it works. thanks

The communicam will take a much crisper picture if you increase the distance between it and the camera. Try 1/2 meter at minimum. Take a 640x480 picture and then crop out everything but the bluespoon.
I've taken lots of pics with it and have a few tips:
1. Not too close, or picture will be blurry
2. Use very steady hand or picture will be blurry.
3. Watch the viewfinder and wait until the image "settles"; until you don't see it getting darker/brighter or moving around.
4. Squeeze shutter softly and then gently increase pressure until picture takes.
