No way more than that I estimate you are looking at £2000 for one of these. Im about to buy one from Hong Honk and will pay premium. These are limited to 250 dont forget, the V600 aston martin was 1000 units.

I hope most of you realise that this limtited edition Aston Martin / Nokia 8800 will retail at almost £2500
@
Jiggyjaggy Hope that wallet is bulging with cash matey!
When the V600 was released there was strictly 1000 of them produced, these phones are today selling on eBay and the likes for in the region of £800 - £1000, lets not forget the V600 is a £200 phone, so that 4 or 5 times the original price
If we put that in comparision the Nokia 8800 retails at around £500 - £550, so 4 or 5 times that price will be £2200 - £2750 ! But we all know that only 250 of these will EVER be produced (although it is simply an engraving on the handset on the Nokia 8800 *wink* unlike the V600 which had a complete makeover) but think about 4 times less of the amount of 8800's produced over the V600 and then maybe the price could double the estimates given above.
This phone has a strong appeal to me and recently popped into my local Aston Martin' Cheshire dealer, (in Wilmslow for anyone in the area) and they have informed me that they knew nothing about this phone

which strikes me as extremely strange!
Anyway good luck getting one
Jiggyjaggy and @
JN This model is even too much of a waste of money for me! (plus I have my 8800 arriving soon so couldn't justify in my mind purchasing another

)
Good day to you all!

true at the end of the day I see it as an inestment really so although it is ££££, its def worth it, some AM owner will be more "bulging" than me so why not!
If anything I will stand there and look at it! lol
Hmm...engraving on my battered one....not a bad idea....But can an engraver do a GOOD AML Logo?

@Jag & everyone really
do this please
http://www.nokia8800.com/
then choose 'auction' at the top right
then you get a lost of companies that will be having their logos engraved on the 8800 model to sell on eBay.
Aston Martin insn't mentioned even to advertise the limited edition.
But other companies have got their trademark logo engraved on the 8800's
So in answer to your question, YES!!!! someone could engrave whatever the hell you like on your 8800 Jag, even sayyyyy No. 001 / 250 with the AS logo's, come one how many fakes are we going to see really! At least it was the full housing on the V600, whereas with the 8800 Nokia didn't want AS changing the overall design etc of their precious phone, hence the engraving!
