i do have a pair of these... used as a belt bucke lol theonly legal way in the states to carry them around.

Yeah, they're illegal in the UK too. Not that hard to get hold of tho.
Those implants are quite big, some guy had spikes in the way of a Mohawk hair style, and they we're underneath the skin and above it. Different things for different people tho

i saw that!! the screws were in his head, and he can screw the spikes in and take them out. i saw that! lol
did you guys notice those girls have the same lip piercing? lol

I'll echo similar sentiments here: Why?!?
I have NO problem with piercings and tattoos (I have several of each) and find them extremely attractive on a woman...but this body mod is just fugly and stupid, IMSHO.

people who do this are just attention grabers who obviously have many things lacking in their lives and feel they have to go to this extreme just to get attention. It ain't big and it ain't clever and someone needs to tell her she looks like a muppet! i hope it hurt - a lot is all i can say cos she desvers it for bein an idiot! harsh i kno but i have no time for people who do stuff like this - ridiculous!
