On the contrary i feel its quite a cool game........can be played even when you dont have a second player

Good for training, the walls give iit you back unlike tennis and all others...

but i'm lacking fitness at the moment...

I play badminton 3x a wk and do pushups, situps and lift a few weights at home on days that I don't play badminton. weekends I either go bouldering till my fingers hurt or do several hundred punching and kicking with my punching bag.
