Does orange have the same issue as T-Mobile with the phone pretending to update, yet still being the same firmware afterwards? I would expect it to tell me i have the latest firmware until such time as 008 is released for T-Mob, but it doesn't.

Mine does this, it pretends to update, and when finished still has the same version on the phone. I am on orange.

my orange UK k750i R1N "pretends" to update too but doesnt. I get a script error first from the seus II client. if I leave the client alone after the update it moves onto a screen saying the update was completed successfully.

i gave up and had a go with davinci and now ive got he new firmware
and got rid of the orange icons in the menu screen.
cant see much difference in it though.but it all seems ok.
it cost 10 euros i think and i paid with paypal.
i took ages to do if you have a go use the lead that comes with the phone. and check the com port to use the lead i think its dcu 60.
good luck

I just tried to update my Orange K750i with SEUS2 but still got the R1N035 it already had. Will leave it for a week or so.... I also got the shut down when I first turned it back on after reinserting the sim card. Anybody successfully updated their Orange K750i via SEUS yet?
