the symbian os is over the w810 system, imo nokia tried to offer a kind of symbian and multimedia fusion, but at the end, it didnt turned out that good. same story as with n91, a great fone, but not a big success. 3250 is smaller, but i dont think its a big hit.

If you search here at esato news, you will find that nokia phones are the number one phones that are stolen, so aparently alot of persons want to steal nokia phones, and again i preffer the nokia 3250 over the se w800, w810

I have tried both phones. Quality wise 3250 is more solid. The w810 I tried creaked a bit (but no way near the level of K750). I think you wont go wrong with either W810 or 3250.
If you just want a phone for good camera and mundane daily use, get the W810. For more advanced user, 3250 is more attractive because of the symbian os which gives you better PIM/pda functions, better games and the ability to enhance/upgrade the phone by installing 3rd party apps. W810 on the other hand is very limited in this aspect.
