Is there any digital slr's that accept memry sticks/duos? Im really tempted to get one for my birthday/x-mas pressie

unfortunately i couldnt get a leica, so i bought a nikon coolpix s3. the only advantage next to the other cams is, that i can use the rs-mmc card in it and the in 6680 etc the pic can be seen, so i can send it as an email. the cam itself isnt a big deal, it makes nice pix. i like the big display at the back and that mem card solution. batt is crap, 730 mah. and the display resolution could be better aswell. but as mentioend, it was the best option. sadly...
